I'm surprised this isn't half way there already with the amount of money collectors are willing to drop on AEW chases/rares and old micro brawlers. Most people dont want the 250 tied up in limbo for a month not knowing either way. You will see a surge in the last week but I think it will be really close. |

This would have been the perfect opportunity to do a Barber Shop Window set with Marty and Shawn. Something like this is would have been perfect. But with Marty being Marty, it wont happen. They could still do it with just Beefcake and a tier Shawn (and maybe a 2nd tier Sid, with alt. exploded shaving cream head). Unfortunately it all depends on this one succeeding. |

There's no way a close to foot tall scaled toy with synchronized LED lights like that would be any cheaper than $80-$90 at regular retail right now, and truthfully my money would be on an even $100. I'm not saying it's "worth" that as far as the materials used (I have no idea) but just observationally, I don't see it. That, with a ring between $100 and $120 and the Diesel at $30-$40 pretty much comes in around $250, slightly higher or lower depending if you pencil in the higher or lower pricepoint on each item. As someone who also buys toys for my daughter's I also as stated before think people are pricing the entrance too low. A doll with some clothing accessories or a barbie set can cost $40 and up. I'm pricing it according to similarly-constructed LED holiday decorations I've seen and purchased. Which, to be fair, is a different category - decorations are likely of cheaper quality and meant for incredibly fast seasonal sell-through, which means they're going to be pushed out the door even faster than a toy would be. I just think that if this was packaged separately, I wouldn't be wildly interested in a $50-70 light-up entranceway with no other play features, Tron screen, ramp, barricades, or anything that might give it some real heft. |

I don’t like the scare tactic of them going “there’s a lot of cool stuff in the pipeline but you’ll never see em if you don’t fund this.” I don’t want this and I don’t wanna pay $250 just to maybe have the opportunity to get something more to my liking next time.

I think the actual Diesel figure is pretty lacking when you consider he's supposed to be an ultimate edition. He should have also included shades, Winged eagle, fake Diesel head at minimum. it does seem really bland for what it is, the leather pants have no studs or accents, no elbow pad, the singlet doesn't have the silver vertical lines down the sides, I think this is trying to be the attire he beat bob backlund in, but thats really got nothing going on visually. His late 95/96 attire tho, was the ultimate diesel look for me, and could make a nice UE fig.  Yeah, that would be the attire I would have gone with, it's more colorful and the silver pops. If the elite 2-packs were still a thing, I would have loved for this (your picture of Bret and Diesel from Survivor Series 95) to be one of them. Both of those attires are at the top of the list of my favorite for each wrestler. For me, the Ultimate Diesel could or should have been his attire from WM11. It's similar to the one above but has a little more deco. The dice decals on the vest and pants would be nice. He has two elbow pads, and silver tassels on the pants as well.  |

They should’ve started out with a Smackdown Fist stage, no ring, ultimate Ruthless aggression guy with more included with tiers. Probably would’ve been closer to $150 and sold out by now

I feel the same way what's the cool stuff in the pipeline? I mean I'm not to impressed with another ring and Diesel figure. I'll admit the entrance is nice but not 250 nice to maybe get what I would really like later. |

And none of what they have in the pipeline may be for me. I don’t have room for big set pieces. Rings, stages, and vehicles probably wouldn’t interest me at all. Crowdfund a nest, hatching egg, and Gooker and I’ll back that.

i definitely think that Ultimate Diesel is a big part of the "meh" reaction for this thing.....because its an extremely boring figure for an Ultimate Edition. There are so many other ways they should have gone

Bret from WM9 or Survivor Series 95 with the entrance leather jacket (not molded, but leather/pleather like the DM figure). Or Shawn in full entrance gear (hat, glasses, vest/jacket, and chaps), maybe the attire from In Your House 2. |
