Paid both the customs charges today, including the extra £12 for Mattel splitting one order into two packages, but the first date they offered for delivery was the 13th of this month - I guess because of the strikes over the next couple of days but still frustrating. What was your original shipping date? I got notification on Aug 20th but heard nothing since. I've emailed Mattel for a tracking number so hopefully that gives me a clue. Hoping to avoid customs charges as never got them with Sgt or Ringside (who tend to go via Sweden) but seems a lot are getting hit. |

Couldn't make this up - my wife has just handed me a letter from parcelforce with a customs charge for belgium haha. 63.50 Mainly for VAT. |

Seems like the 19th, though I can only find one notification when I'm sure I got two (I certainly have two tracking numbers). Mine would've been delivered on Saturday or early this week I guess if not for the customs delay, but now as I say I'm looking at September 13th. |

17/8 Received Mattel Creations order is on its way email.
23/8 Ring shipped from Cheektowaga, NY.
30/8 Ring was in Machelen, Belgium.
5/9 Ring was in Gambia, West Afica.
For some unknown reason GM was added to my UK address, standing for Gambia.
Who knows where it will end up next.

I think UK and certain other euro nations are getting the shaft.

Welp. My package kept bouncing back and forth from Greensboro IN, to Indianapolis. Called FedEx to see what was going on since there hasn’t been movement in 5 days and they told me if it’s not here by tomorrow it will be considered lost and I will have to contact the sender. Odds that mattel will send a replacement?
