this prob will make me hesitate backing the next project with a seperate figure included. honestly. the aggravation building with this Macho Man figure is borderline unnecessary. never had to go down this way. lol.
again it was a poor choice to ship this thing seperate.

So I finally managed to track my order. Instead of the UK, it went to Belgium. From there, Gambia, then back to Belgium, who then sent it back to Gambia on 05 September. I am beyond furious with this level of service. How difficult is it to get TWO LETTERS correct on an address? GB is not GM, so why has my arena ended up presumably lost in Gambia? EDIT:I called them back to see what could be done. The call handler was super sweet and couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They accepted it was a lost delivery and a potential fault with the shipping system that was sending items out incorrectly. I was offered a replacement arena (with no time frame attached to the delivery) or a full refund. I requested a replacement, and was told I would receive an email to confirm this and tracking once the arena was ready. It seems there are replacements available. Have you put the belgian post tracking number into parcelforce tracking at all ?. My ring also was received in Gambia on the 5th September, only left there on the 19th September to go to the uk. After all this, itβs now showing as sat in Birmingham awaiting payment. Iβm stoked about looking as though Iβm going to receive the Arena, but the whole handling of this has been terrible. The fact Mattel doesnβt know how or why theyβre being shipped to Gambia, but somehow theyβre finding their way here, is baffling. |

Agreed. I get that the Macho Man was added later and wasn't originally planned to be apart of the set. The logistics of packing and shipping the arena didn't account adding another figure. On the other hand, they have a full year to figure it out. This is super frustrating. My labels for Macho Man are 12 days old now and haven't been sent. |

Just got the last of my machos. I ordered all of them instantly as soon as the order page went up if that helps anyone wondering where their macho is.
Why in the world did they not give him the new larger cowboy hat. So annoying, the tiny old kurt angle sized joke cowboy rly sucks.
anyway, everything else is great. And i wish the oh yeah ultimate had this shirt instead of the plastic tassles that hinder machos arm movement

My secondary MC Macho order #, is entered in fedex as a reference #, so I have a fedex "label created" & last 4 digits of the actual tracking #.

Shockingly I just got my first Macho Man (UK). It was shipped in a shipper inside a box. Good job because the box was mangled beyond belief.
I haven't even had the letter for my last ring yet. Starting to think 2 of my 4 orders will have gone missing when all's said and done.

I just received my 2 Machos. They came well packed in their shippers, inside a bigger box with those big bubble air bag things.
That's me got everything I ordered now.

I called Mattel yesterday - the International number doesn't get answered, so I had to call the US & Canada one instead - and the lady I spoke to checked the tracking and said she's pretty sure I'll receive it within the next week, but if not, call them back for a refund. The tracking finally updated about an hour later, to say it was being returned to the sender.  I'm actually over it at this point - I could care less whether I get the arena, or the Macho or anything now. I won't be backing any future crowdfund projects though, that's for sure. |

Did you get the Landmark Global tracking reference and then get the Belgepost reference when they received it ?. Put the belgepost reference into parcelforce tracking and that should tell you where it is. |
