Mine has also been sat in Gambia since 5th September with no sign of movement. This customer service is appalling. Now i have to spend a fortune to call an American number to potentially not even get it resolved. ? I spoke to Mattel Creations International customer service, I was given tracking for the Macho Man, will be delivered by Evri once in the UK, mine was in Feltham, uk when I tracked it, so that was an unexpected bonus. The advisor stated that Landmark Global will no longer be the delivery partner going forward. Also on the responding to email front they are considerably behind, I believe changes are a foot. |

Part of my ring post was broken where the turnbuckle hooks into on mine. They wanted me to send the whole thing back, I just said  it and super glued it and it works. Idky they act like I'm trying to steal from them, they see I ordered em, shouldn't have an issue just sending me a new ring post. But whatever. |

The customer service at Mattel Creations is below horrible, I have a few issues with my ring, I emailed them ages ago, still no answer. Don't get me started on Macho. No matter what the next crowd funding project is I won't be backing it. |

That is not bad timing at all if your Macho Man is in Feltham UK. I know Hermes, sorry Evri, gets a lot of crapfor damaged parcels or missing ones and more likely the delivery atttempts, but they can deliver in very good times when they want to lol. My only issue with Macho coming by Evri is the condition of the box, fingers crossed he arrives safe and sound. I did recieve my arena yesterday and have had a quick assemble of it and everything is accounted for and no issues from what I can see. It is back in the box until Macho arrives. |

Both my Machos arrived together and double boxed. Which was fortunate, because they must have been delivered late, it rained overnight, and I didn't see them until the next morning. The outer box was soaked, but the inner boxes and figure boxes were perfectly fine.
The Doink and Macho are two of my favorite figures. It's really incredible what they were able to execute with the budget room. It has me excited to see what the next project is, but the bar is also pretty high.

they shouldve just sent everything out at once. i knew this would be a nightmare when i read it wasnt. lol. smh. im yet to get any tracking on Macho and or a reply back for my change of address request, since many have said they ship it to wrong addy eve after the arena arrived safely at new location. dam what a mess.
Question if anyone knows by now..what happened when Macho got returned back to Mattel? any partial refund or resend options? just curious.

So my fedex app gave me 2 trackings on the 20th that appear to be Macho. Yet they haven't been picked up by FedEx since then.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

The ring is awaiting customs charge on the Parcelforce website.
