good that guy tried pulling a fast one on you It’s so weird. He immediately sent everything else too. Highly doubt I get the full refund. I just hope to get the figure or enough back to buy the figure. You'll more than likely win the case as Ebay tends to side with buyers, unless you have my kind of luck where you'll have to go back and forth with filing a police report. Man, I hate Ebay and Mercari. Such a hassle. |

Guy is arguing that it’s not been two weeks, despite telling me that he received the Macho on the 13th. Also said he just got Covid and the idea that he would keep the figure doesn’t make sense. Still hasn’t shipped.
Lesson learned. Any crowdfunds that’s include Ultimates are being bought when they go up. Ha

My macho was attempted delivery at my old address and now has spent 3 days in limbo as DAI post don’t answer emails, calls or any other form of communication. Looks like I’m not getting macho to complete my set.

Looks like I’m not getting macho to complete my set. Call Mattel Creations. I had a Macho sent to my old address. After I called they sent me a replacement from the reserves.

Still waiting to hear back from eBay, but went ahead and bought a Macho off mercari for $90. Figure even if a miracle happens and he sends out the one he owes me, having an extra for trading in the future wouldn’t hurt.

Not to mention that the New gen ring had multiple parts/shipments before seller even ships to you. Ya never know what excuses they’ll come up with. Not that you did anything wrong and sounds like thru messages it is documented he didn’t ship the complete order. Typically eBay gives you a 30-60 day window for complaints to be resolved and if this was a preorder from months ago not sure how that works. Good luck! |

So eventually found the time to call Mattel. My second ring has apparently been in Belgium for around a month and is being returned to Mattel for reasons they weren't even sure of. Was told I would be refunded and there is no way to get it to me now. Havent seen my bill yet but pretty sure the call has cost me a fortune and im now left with just one ring in a beaten up box and numerous fees and extra hassle. Not sure ill be bothering next time Mattel...

Yeah don’t think the guy is going to send the Macho so I’m curious to what my options could be if that’s the case. The arena and other figures were sent without zero issues. So weird for him to possibly half way scam me. mine shipped to my ex gf house. Safe to assume macho is sleeping in the trash can rn.  she sat on it for two whole weeks, guess she decided it was best to just drop it off while I was at work. Don’t worry machos not in the trash boys. He’s on the shelf where he belongs |

You’ll have to use pliers to go underneath the post and squeeze the tabs of the post just enough to slide the post out. Be careful not to snap them. I would also recommend putting some masking or electrical tape on the inside of the pliers so the teeth don’t scratch up the plastic. |

i just set it up, thought id have enough room on my table for it in my arena set up. its just too darn big. lol.
the elite RAW/SD rings are so much better with my set up and space. its amazing how 1-3 inches makes a whole difference. id love to use the new gen ring, but i just cant.
holding onto it tho right now. but will prob sale it sadly down the line.

Has anyone successfully disassembled the ring without damaging the ring posts? Go in through the bottom with needle nose pliers to gently pinch the ring post’s tabs together ever so slightly. I recommend putting electrical tape over the pliers’ teeth so they don’t chew up the plastic. |

When I put my ring together one of the parts was missing the clips to hook the ring mat to, am i the only person who had this issue?
I contacted Mattel Creations and they want me to return the who arena and then they claim they'll send me a new one (I dont believe that for a moment)

They wanted me to send the hole thing back, and I told nah I'm not taking it apart. |
