Well, they can’t make either of those 3 figures named, so that goes back to when I was saying it was rushed. They could have pushed for people like this and had it backed, idk why they rushed it and thought Diesel/Doink would be a wow factor to get 5,000 of these sold at $250. 100%. You can’t expect ppl to put up $250 without really blowing their mind. I already own 2 Diesel’s & 2 Doinks. Don’t get me wrong, I’d defiantly buy the Doink, I just don’t think those 2 figures would sale this ring and it’s not, they needed names like the ones you named. Jeff Jarrett, Barbarian, Hercules, RepoMan, Koko B Ware etc. but obviously they can’t be made. But that goes back to why you don’t rush it. |

100%. You can’t expect ppl to put up $250 without really blowing their mind. I already own 2 Diesel’s & 2 Doinks. Don’t get me wrong, I’d defiantly buy the Doink, I just don’t think those 2 figures would sale this ring and it’s not, they needed names like the ones you named. Jeff Jarrett, Barbarian, Hercules, RepoMan, Koko B Ware etc. but obviously they can’t be made. But that goes back to why you don’t rush it. That Diesel figure just looks like an elite to me, very bland and hardly any extras. Where is his winged eagle, extra heads, glasses or weapons? I'd even throw in a Kane head as Diesel to make it unique. I still think if they were set on two figures the second one should have been Michaels and if they could squeeze in a third put Razor. |

I'll agree that FTITL figures would be great the fact is they just don't have that many new names available especially ones that people would be excited about. We also don't have any Ultimate versions of Diesel or Razor and people are paying big money for the first Michaels so getting another one would be a plus. |

The fact they chose Diesel to make as a UE is one of the reasons I donated. I don't know who a better choice could be since he was the face of the New Gen. Might have been better if instead of Doink they did an HBK. Both could be in their 2 dudes with attitude gear...thatd be a new attire for both of them instead of such a plain looking Diesel UE.

Am I the only person who thinks that there is a possibility that the Diesel shown was just kinda thrown together for the reveal and isn’t even close to being what the final product will actually be? I feel like it will look way better in the end.

its too much , and the goals are unattainable... they barely have 1k.. lower the price and the goal reaches and maybe itll fund. and i agree , diesel and doink are lackluster selling points for figures in this kind of set.

That doink figure is pretty cool in my opinion. Instead of making an Ultimate edition Diesel figure which is pretty bland, I think if they would have given us a much requested figure like a ss95 shawn michaels figure with entrance gear then that would entice more people to back this project up but that's just my opinion. Or a first time in the line figure of someone from the new generation era. Doesn't have to be a main eventer too.

A note I haven’t really seen mentioned. It was a bad time to launch this, all other flaws aside.
We were all excited coming out of Comic-Con so it makes sense on the surface, but between Sarge, UE Amazon, legends 11-12 and pre-orders from RSC I spent $275 and really didn’t want to commit another $250. Even changing the policy to not charging day of that would be $525 ive spent on the hobby in a month. Not the end of the world, but did give me pause.

I just can't afford this one. I've got money tied up in so many other things (Haslab Galactus, Upcoming Marvel Legends Preorders, a couple of Arcade 1Up Machines, birthdays, bills, concerts that hopefully don't get cancelled, a new gaming computer, Looking for a Giannis Prizm rookie) that this one is going to have to be left out.
