Sorry for the newb question, I've been out of wrestling figures and wrestling for awhile and I'm not sure if what I'm looking for even exists. Smaller (under 4") figures, they don't need to be highly detailed but nothing too cartoonish. Seems like figures of this scale would make it reasonable for a casual collector to buy and even display 20+ of them. Thanks.

You into Lucha Libre? There's quite a few figures, official and not official, that are under four inches from there. The 1995 Ricollini figures, 20 total were made, that aren't bigger than a couple inches. See them on eBay quite a bit

I'm thinking more like the traditional WWF/WWE stars since the 1980s.

I'm thinking more like the traditional WWF/WWE stars since the 1980s. That limits it to both variants of the 3 3/4" Super7 Andre the Giant. Lots of Hasbro-likes planned, but probably too cartoonish for you.

Try to hunt down the Yujin AJPW Vader Gumball figure; they also made Stan Hansen, DR Death, Gary Albright & John laurenitis or however you spell his name.

Looks like Jada Toys made some metal figures that are pretty much what I'm looking for, but they didn't make many and only a couple of guys from before the 2000s. Funko mystery minis almost had me, right size and characters. A little cartoony but not horrible. Not a fan of mystery packaging and both those lines are a few years old now. If I went a little bigger, say up to 6", what would my best option be?

You should check out the beast mode figures…they are blind box but about 2.5” and somewhere has the codes for who is in each box

Thanks for all the help! I've been doing lots of research and I'm really liking the collection from eagle moss. They're about 5" and they seem to have most of the WWF/WWE legends.

Some eagle moss reviews say they're great, others say the sculpt and paint are bad and they break. I wish they made a few more old school wrestlers, there's also some debate on whether or not the line is still active. I may have to just try one and check it out myself.
