I have met and talked to Bill twice. Once at an ROH show in Vegas. 2016? And once at Expo Lucha in San Diego. 2019. Nice guy and always eager and willing to talk wrestling and figs.
I’m amazed at how Steve is always able to give calm and understanding answers, even when people are irrationally questioning every decision made and blaming him for most of the things that go wrong. I would be such a jerk to most of those people but he seems so level headed.

I read through the q&a with Steve thread and it reminds me of a scene in Bruce almighty where he keeps hearing everyone's prayers on top of each other. It must be challenging to field questions about wants, why can't we change this figure, why is this not the correct shade of blue, etc etc. With the q&a and Instagram videos that also have q&a I think he does a great job. Seems very down to earth and relatable and you can see his fan side all the time.
There's only so much transparency that makes sense for business. And a lot of behind the scenes dealings with retailers, mattel departments, wwe, talents, etc that we aren't allowed to know. But it makes sense why some things aren't possible even though they may try to make it happen. In all the ups and downs of this hobby it's nice to have Steve doing his best to listen and answer us the best he can.

No cap shoutout those two, they really cooking up. Y’all got me an Elite tiger stripe Rob Van Dam and ima be forever grateful for that
Mattel figures are so much better than any WWE figure like that came before it
As others have said tho, I don’t appreciate the attire/character bias that happens sometimes. One that I don’t particularly want but it doesn’t make sense how we got a pants and boots Jimmy Snuka but not the classic barefoot and trunks look. Stuff like that doesn’t really make sense to me.

Honestly most of the problems I have with the line are nothing to do with Steve or Bill, more the logistics they have virtually no control over.
Like I said, I appreciate and love these guys for all they've done

Like I said, I appreciate and love these guys for all they've done The current factory they’re using kinda sucks to me. The manufacturing process seemed to be best when I started collecting in 2012. 2012-2015 were excellent years with very few manufacturing issues that I came across. 2017 until now had me running into way more problems. I also could be talking out of my ass.
