Is there any news on the Elite 86 Col. Mustafa from Target? Has anyone found him or has he been released? I searched the forum but didn't see anything. Apologies if I missed it.

I haven’t seen anyone posting about finding him. I think E86 is just now kind of starting to hit stores. Hopefully he shows up soon. |

If he is for Target, I don’t think E86 has been found as Target yet.

I have only seen the remains (Multiple the Fiend figures) at a couple WalMarts only.

I’ve never seen anything beyond elite 84 in my area, which has me perplexed at how finding mustafa is going to go. I’m much more optimistic about the Walmart exclusive in 87

No sightings of E86 here yet, but I think I heard there would be an endcap for Summerslam/Legends 11 at Target for their reset.
He has been spotted in Australia from what I heard

he's the Target exclusive and that set hasnt hit Target yet.
E86 has already started hitting Walmarts

I think he is a target exclusive. Wasn't E85 Kama and E83 Hayes a Walmart Exclusive?

Is anyone else annoyed that figures like these are a pain in the ass to find because they’re exclusive to a single store and like 1 per case? I almost never see them because scalpers get them. I still only have one half of the Stooges.

He’s Target because 85 Kama was Walmart and 84 Zelina was Target
Haven’t seen anybody say they found it or have I found E86 at Target yet
