I found 2 Col Mustafa figures at the Middletown NY store this morning. Oddly they were the only two figures from the set they had. Everything else was the Top Picks Rey, McIntyre, Cena & Reigns. they’re shipping out in cases by themselves this depends on area it seems. Around me; mustafa has only been sighted alongside the summerslam elites |

Found 3 Mustafas today at a Target in Irving, TX that were not there last Friday - I only took one so the other two are up for grabs if you're local. Looks like they're starting to hit DFW.
It's also worth noting, none of the Targets I regularly check have had a single figure from Elite 86 on the pegs besides this one so the Colonel is likely shipping in a case by itself.

Personally I think what is happening is the pandemic is causing lack of product because of understaffing at the ports the distribution centers are now forced to split cases and distribute 1 or 2 figures to the stores instead of whole cases. Now with McFarlane and his DC Multiverse line he does offer solid cases and then this happens…  This is a BAF set and they didn’t have any of the other three figures in the set. Then Monroe or Middletown had about that many of the Scarecrow figure. But none of the other three. Those will sit there forever. How do you not ship all four of a BAF set out together in the same case? |

Anyone that has bought mustafa, what dpci is he ringing up under?? It’s been difficult trying to track him down since he’s being shipped in cases by himself .

Anyone that has bought mustafa, what dpci is he ringing up under?? It’s been difficult trying to track him down since he’s being shipped in cases by himself . I dont remember the DCPI but I recall him and Sid showing up as Royal Rumble figures. I'll check when I get home if no one beats me to it. |

It doesn’t show up on popfindr, and it is linked to other elites in store. Multiple locations near me showed it in stock prior to it actually being delivered but because it was linked to the other PPV elites in their inventory |
