The Rock Ultimate has giraffe neck on the two extra heads. How can I dremmel the head to fix this?
(I asked in the customs board, but that board is all but dead)

Carefully and slowly with the right bit. I did it with the Will Ospreay NJPW figure and it works. You will lose the connection to the peg though as well as the movement. I would slice off the peg, dremmel the head, then glue the head onto the neck. Not ideal but butter than the hideous giraffe issue so many are having with it. I think even the Cena has gap issues on the back of the neck.

After dremmeling, i use a little blue tac in the head to adhere it to the peg. Keeps it stuck on well, and still mobile.
But yeah, just do little bits at a time and test fit numerous times, or you can easily have a no-neck syndrome.

I wouldn’t. Most of the time it’s the peg. Can’t provide ref pics but these things come in various sizes. Sounds like QC gave your figure a long neck peg. I’d crack the torso and swap out with a smaller one. F.Y.I.; The shortest neck peg I’ve found was on Elite 22 Rock.

One head fits perfect, one fits okay, and one looks like the Lochness Monster asking me for tree fiddy.

Try heating up the head or heads in some hot water for a minute or two. The Santos Escobar Masked Head had that issue.

Real bummed out What does the inside of that head look like? I picked up an Ultimate Austin yesterday and today discovered only one head was actually manufactured to be swappable. The one in the middle is right, the other two are wrong.

If you use a larger drill bit or an exacto knife to carve out to the first “ring” line from the center, you can make those heads swappable as they should be.
