If you have this problem, it’s because one arm has the incorrect shoulder joint. On BAFs, the left and right arm pegs are different shapes which prevents them from locking into the wrong socket of the BAF torso. If you look at the peg, it will say either L or R for left or right arm.
My Chyna came with the correct bicep/forearm combo but 2 left shoulders. This prevented the right arm from locking to the torso because the arm had a left shoulder peg. If you can find a picture of the BAF arm pegs, compare your Ellering arm pegs to the pucture. One peg is long and cone-shaped, the other is fat and stumpy. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately had this same problem and had to order a loose arm off eBay, just would not lock into the torso.

I didnt know I needed the j&j security battle pack. But I got it when I did.
This was the reason I got them. To fix this very issue.
Now I have armless j&j security.
