Canโt wait for pre orders for ultimate Kane and taker to go up. Either Steve or Bill said we'll be able to have them before the holidays if we order on Ringside. That probably means we will see them up for preorder within the next six weeks or so, and they'll begin shipping in early-mid December.ย I think wave 11 with Hardy and Hogan is supposed to be shipping in the final week of September. All of this would add up because they are quarterly releases.ย The Undertaker is a bit odd to me because I don't like the heads that don't fit the '98 era and the torso is kind of clunky. I'll still be getting it. But the Kane is a figure that I must get 2 of. I need one MOC and one loose. Off the proto pics alone, it could be the best figure that Mattel has ever put out.ย I was planning on opening the rsc taker as Kane figure to display as my Kane figure...I'm glad I hadn't opened it yet cause this Kane figure puts that one to shame. Very excited for it.

Luckily havenโt opened one, as I knew when the ultimate line started to jump off, it was only a matter of time before they made Kane I was really afraid the first Ultimate Kane would be a later era with the half mask because it would be more โUltimate Friendlyโ with the alternate heads and accessories. Glad to see I was wrong. It was very creative on designโs part to find a way to justify the debut as an ultimate with the cape. I mean I would have bought it either way, but the soft goods cape justifies it for the suits. I love you.

I think as others have said, the first Rock figure seems to be when people really saw the potential there. I missed out on him, and I'm still mad about it because for a time he was around 30 to 40 on the secondary, so I assumed I had time to catch up. Obviously not the case.
And then, Hollywood Hogan was a huge deal and yet another incredible figure.
But, no way in hell is the hype dying down, and if you really think that, then clearly you missed the upcoming Kane because that thing is pure fire. Honestly, I think it has the potential to be one of the best, and most accurate wrestling figures ever made. I am DYING to get my hands on it.
Oh, and if the New Gen arena is unsuccessful, you will see a grown man cry if I am unable to get that Doink at some point lol

I bought Ric and Austin this week. Thank God for Ric's robe and Austin's vest because I hate the look of these new butterfly joints.

Only owned Hollywood Hogan in terms of Ultimates...and just got those 2 as well...they all make me cringe with the butterflies and the ab crunch. Luckily I've finally been able to look past it and embrace the rest of the positives that Ultimates provide. Bummed I missed the boat on HBK, Bret and Triple H.

That would be pure BS and I think the numerous posts about the issue in the last few weeks have proven there is definitely a market for an Ultimate Edition Doink. If anything, I'd be a little concerned if it did hit retail just because the Ultimate figures seem to fly in my area.

I just ordered a second Hollywood from RSC just because. Part of it was because this is the figure that broke my heart when Hogan got axed and I thought โEh, better have 2 just in case.โ You never know when youโll be glad you have a spare of what will be a very rare figure.

Some obviously hate the butterfly joints, but I got the newest Rock UE and he looks fantastic without the shirt on. (not sure why he came with the shirt to begin with, but whatever)

For me personally, it was Survivor Series 1997 HBK. Hopefully, this next UE HBK is a cool attire, too. Would love if it were 1997 Royal Rumble Texas themed HBK. OR, 1998 Royal Rumble HBK with the red and white, in the casket match vs Taker in which has back got injured. Both would make great UE HBK's.

Of the three attires shown in the line in poll I believe they were all 1995 attires

free money
People had money to spend on stuff they didnt need/want and there it goes. Personally Im still not a fan of them. They look ridiculous with that upper torso swivel but I still buy the 80s guys

It's Survivor Series '95; it'll be the same attire as the Jakks CS LJN-style figure. IMO, one of his best entrance attires, but not a standout wrestling attire. I still don't think Mattel has made a standout NG HBK, at least to this point.

Lesnar looks good but he has a unique body in general. Im not overly a huge fan of Hogan but Ill take it. The women have been fantastic so far. The Ronda, as much as I cant stand her, is one of the best figures Mattel has done

What do people think will happen to the value of the Flair UE now that he's been released?
It's undoubtedly the best Flair ever. But I could see the value not doing as well as others in the line if he signs with AEW down the road, and they start making Flair figures...
