Is anyone else having trouble when they go to the site logging in?
I swore I created an account at launch, but when I went to look at the ring when it was announced I couldn’t login. I then created an account that day and it’s been logged in while I keep an eye on progress. Today I went to back it and I can’t login. I know what my password is and nope says invalid credentials. Go to send the password reset twice and no email comes through either time. Anyone else encountered this and know an easy fix?

Try signing up again with same email. I had to do this, because resetting password wouldn't work.

Try signing up again with same email. I had to do this, because resetting password wouldn't work. I’ve done this once before, but I’m hesitant to do it again now as what happens if I sign up and back the project then the same thing happens and I cannot access my account? |

I forget step by step what i had to do, but under settings I believe there was another step to confirm my account that had to be done. i was having the same problem until i got the final confirmation email

Did you do this prior to logging in or after? I’ll try it if it works haha |

Just make a new email and a new account on Mattel creations.

Just make a new email and a new account on Mattel creations. Again if an account can just be blocked with no access I’m not going to make a new one and drop $250 plus on it. As soon as they get me back into my account I’m buying, but not keen on an account I created this month being unusable and being told to make another. |

Yes you have to go to create a new account. But use your email adress from the old. So you get an email to verify.
Accept the link and your old account is back on track 👍

I’m also a bit concerned I emailed the site help like Steve told me on Twitter and nobody has replied to that either. |
