Saying there are too many factions is like saying there are too many Championship Title Belts. There can never be enough factions, and there can never be enough Championship Title Belts. Inter-promotional factions are what I'd love to see.

Too many for more liking. Makes everything feel repetitive and samey. Maybe it's changed since I got bored and stopped watching, but all of the heel factions acted like they were the only heel faction, taking on solo babyfaces. Failed recruitment. Kidnapping. Losing 2-on-1. No real faction warfare until Pinnacle/Inner Circle. Just a way to get more bodies on screen.
