Former wrestler during the WWWF days (tag champ with Bruno briefly)and the man who trained Shane Douglas and Mick Foley. He was 89 years old.

I met him twice in Amsterdam, NY about 9 years ago. Sad to hear.

Oh wow... he was like the last of that era for me when I think of Bruno, Ivan, Pedro and such.
And thanks to him, my favourite ECW wrestler of all time, "The Franchise" Shane Douglas was taught the business!
R.I.P. Dominic, you were one classy man!

I always loved how ring announcer Joe McHugh would pronounce his name.

I met him at a show for Bud Carson's Pro Wrestling World June 2018. He was doing a convention circuit with Shane Douglas at the time. I feel like Shane looks at him like a father figure. Of course Shane is always fan friendly, this was my first and only time meeting Dominic and he was a really nice man. He looked really healthy too for his age. Small talk was brought up about the hall of fame, it seems like it there was a bit disappointment for him he hadn't been included by WWE yet. It's a shame he won't be around to enjoy it but he'll probably be included in the legacy wing at some point soon.

Legendary talent up in New York, and helped give us Mick Foley. At least he lived a full life, coming close to 90.
