Which Doc Ock are you talking about? There's two of them, but they aren't supposed to be rare. Some places people can find them no sweat, and some places people can't find him at all. The second one is being released too so I don't think they'll be rare anymore.

The one that comes by himself (not with Spiderman) and isn't stuck into a wall is semi-rare... its in every case but its shortpacked. I was lucky enough to meet a nice female staff member at Toys R' Us who ran to the back for me and returned 10 mins later with the last one they had in the new boxes. Too be honest I prefer the Marvel Legends take on it. The Sinister Six one with removable lab coat. |

Everyone tells me that it is rare. I guess no one can find him because they are all in my area LoL. Seriously, in my mall, he is there more than Spidey!

Same figure... one is just the proto and one is the finished product. How wrong you are my child. The top one is a 18" one thats has crap leg movement. The bottom one is the 6" one which is the one mentioned in this topic. The 18" is in my Big W. |

I Got this dock ock figure and imo i got ripped it seems like his legs and glue'd i cant get them to move its not very moveable anyways thats why i traded mine to my brother for a wwe RA1 Randy Orton ;D
But it does kinda seem like its rare i only ever saw 3

It's one per case of twelve, so there's 11 spideys out there for every one Ock. Not to mention there's two previous waves of 12 spideys for every zero Ocks. Since Kids only really want one or two Spideys, especially if they can't find an Ock, they don't sell the entire case, and thus don't order new cases. So you can't find Ock. I've seen about half a dozen Ocks personally. So yes, it is quite rare.

Sorry to top an old post but I finally saw Doc Ock today. One of the guys I work with told me he had seen them at Wal-Mart, so I checked today when I was there. I saw some kids in the Spiderman section and just looked at other toys for a while. I turned the corner and saw the kids were gone. I picked up the one Doc Ock fig and thought it was cool, but since I don't collect Spiderman I put it down. I turn around to leave and saw one of the kids from earlier behind me with a look of horror on his face. As soon as he realized I put the fig down he nudged me aside, grabbed it and literally ran back to his mom hugging it.
I was happy to see a kid that happy to get a toy.
