Saw a Dolph Ziggler basic where the front of his trunks had the print from the back and a Rock basic in a Triple H card, factory sealed.
Besides that, just wacky face paint applications. I normally check for that before I buy, but forgot when grabbing the newest Alexa Bliss elite. She has eyes on her cheeks and lips on her chin lol.

I bought an Elite Del Rio (Ross BAF) and his top half of his laced boots mold were backwards but his bottom half was placed in the right way. I thought is was funny to see but it would definitely have annoyed me having it in my collection like that. So I returned it.

I have an NXT Elite Seth Rollins where the box is half Rollins/half Bayley. The front and back of the box has all the info for Rollins, but the sides and insert logo behind the figure are for Bayley. that’s cool! would like to see pics Here are pics.

I don't trust most "mishaps" with the Mattel elites. It's far too easy to fake. I mean, you guys do you, but if I'm at the store and I see an elite in the wrong packaging, my immediate thought is "Repack"
However, I do have one of those carded "Wrestlemania XVII" figures from Jakks that's has the wrong figure in it. I very distinctly remember it being that type of packaging (with the 3D glasses) but I'm not so sure anymore about who was on what card. 'Taker is involved somehow. I'll have to dig it out of storage. I put that thing up 20+ years ago, I should see how it's fairing these days.
