Do we agree that the Hall of Fame Diesel is the best head scan for him? Not counting the UE since we don't have that in hand yet.
What about X-Pac? Fan Takeover nWo?
Razor/Scott Hall? Maybe Legends 7?

Best 90s head to me is the newest Mania elite. The paint job leaves some to be desired but it's a good likeness. The WM14 one is also good.
I find they miss the mark on most HBK heads.

Best 90s head to me is the newest Mania elite. That WM9 head/scan is a good one, but it's also the same was WM8 (RSC) and WMX (Flashback). |

But I don't think there's a very accurate one for late 90s. WM14 is good but very specific to one match. E19 and both UE heads, and all the other later career heads aren't very good. B100 is alright but it has something slightly off to it and I can't put my finger on it. It might be the lack of a tan. |

Personally E19 is my fav of the bunch, but I know it's a bit controversial with some people. Good call about Basic 100 - overall good, but not really a fan of that era HBK. 96-98 is my HBK sweet spot! |

I like that this custom really helps communicate just how good that WM14 head is. It's kinda hard to fully appreciate it due to the braids making it very match-specific, but with this "normal" hair molded on, you can really appreciate how versatile and accurate that head is. Shame it hasn't been used since... I love you, too. |
