I'm wanting to remove the sleeve and chest from a UE 10 Rock. Is this doable, or will it ruin the plastic? Any gentle methods? I've searched everywhere, but no guides cover such a large amount of removal. Thanks.

At all.
Don't even try. You will ruin them beyond repair.
If you are looking for this level of alteration, your best bet is painting over them. I don't think it would work well to remove an entire sleeve from a figure with acetone and, on top of that, you would have to paint the torso anyway.
I'm guessing this is to fill a hole for the Amazon Exclusive? Sorry. I don't think there is an easy fix to remove that much. I'd do my best to paint match over it and hope for the best. Anything else and it'd probably ruin the figure.

Arms, boots, legs, heads = acetone. Comes right off. Leaves a slight difference in look, as you're also removing the gloss.
Torso and crotch = NO ACETONE. It eats plastic. Buy a nail buffer bar. Yes, it's girly. It's a rectangular, soft, piece for nails similar to sand paper. It will remove tattoos but it requires work. Once you remove the tattoo there will be a big difference in look as it removes gloss too.
You can fix both issues by buying gloss/varnish.

Use clear nail polish on torsos. Apply, let it sit for about a minute, wipe away, repeat. For the paint in the cracks use a precision tip swab and a little bit of acetone then immediately wipe away.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I appreciate it. With my lack of experience, it seems this might not be the most wise idea.

Anybody know how to remove beard paint? My Ultimate Macho’s runs up to his lips on one side. Barbasol and a tiny razor. But seriously, I use clear nail polish but I haven't tried on a beard. It's a smaller area, so acetone with a q-tip might be better. I have trouble getting darker colors to come off without residue no matter what I use.
