Orton is definitely at the top of my list. By the late 2000s/early 2010s I considered myself "bored" by his character and a lot of his matches, but I appreciate now how close to flawless he is.
Other than him, definitely lots of RA talents altogether. That era never quite lived up to Attitude for a lot of us, but a ton of the performers from that time period really were gifted.
