Gotta be the right feud, right stipulations, right people.
Problem is most of the women's roster has been horridly booked over the past few years that its a very short list of gals that could keep interest for a 3 falls match.
Bianca/Sasha as a feud ender could have been something as that was a feud they could have kept going probably till the end of the year. Now with the timing and Beckys return throwing wrenches into everything, it seems pointless.

Only between Sasha & Alexa...Is the only two women I can take serious in a "feud". Everyone else is friends one episode and 2 episodes later tag partners.

Sure, if it was with some gals who can actually wrestle (i.e. Japanese), and not some Barbie-looking girls who can barely wrestle at all (i.e. most Americans) ... but that wouldn't sell a dime so it would never happen. Meanwhile, Alexa has a doll.

I would argue that having to suffer through Alexa Bliss acting like some deranged nine year old every week is Three Stages of Hell in and of itself.

I guess a 2/3 falls match with gimmicks is the one situation we haven't yet seen the women in. I'd definitely be down for it. Have we even seen any women's 2/3 falls bouts without stipulations?

I really enjoyed the women’s division for some time. Unfortunately it has become less and less relevant to me. Too many basic faced chicks that would fit in every part of High School Musical. Women like Baszler that actually now how to fight should take their deserved spots. You want to make the women divison equal, make the women equal to the man and take some that actually know what they are doing. The roster is there (Baszler, Charlotte, Natalya and others actually know what they do). But get rid of the stupid cover model pillow fight girls.

I'm just going to be real and say WWE have given women their chances and every time it's been very underwhelming. I wouldn't care to see that match after that poor WM main event, PPV etc.

But get rid of the stupid cover model pillow fight girls.In all fairness, the only women's wrestlers on Raw, Smackdown or NXT who didn't come from an athletics background are Eva and Nia. The rest either came from the independents, MMA, bodybuilding/fitness or cheerleading. |
