What packaging style would everyone like to see for the upcoming Ultimates Legends series? I'd personally like it in the style of Sgt Slaughter SDCC - it's like a modern version of the old Legends line Series 1-6. The way you can remove the card from the plastic shell is genius! In all honesty, Cards are a nightmare to keep intact unless they are going to be protected inside a box as well.
I mean, for loose people it wouldn't matter but I can imagine MOC people having a fit about them if they were just carded.

The Slaughter packaging would lead to SO MANY fig swaps and stolen items. Theyβll probably be the same packaging with Legends artwork and color schemes.

I think... in fact I'm pretty sure it will be the exact same box style as other main-line (and Amazon) Ultimate Editions - only the box colour will be different. Maybe it will be the brownish colour/style of the Legends line (with a similar Legends type picture on the back)? Had no idea this line was coming . What is this ? When was it announced ? They announced it at the big reveal a few weeks ago - I think it's one figure quarterly. Batista is up first in the Spring... |

It was always part of the new UE Legends... they showed it with the UE Kane and Undertaker though, so I can see how it could be confusing. |

Oh yes I did see this Batista. Did they really need to make a sub line though ? lol. Thereβs already a ton of legends in the main line .

thats a solid no from me big dog. I hate figures on blisters. They are hard as hell to keep mint and sometimes the figures are so heavy they end up damaging the card themseleves. Stick with the boxs that make them feel like real collectors items.

I donβt really care. I donβt collect MOC so itβs all gonna end up in the trash anyway. From what I have gathered is that most MOC collectors like everything uniformed so just keep everything the same but do the legends colors instead of red and white.

it would be cool if was white and gold foil(nod to classic superstars), so it matches the others but it's still unique and premium looking

Dude was a top guy from 2005-2010, then again in 2014 for a brief time. He's wrestled for the company's world title countless times, including 4 high profile Mania matches. He wrestled from 2002 on with the company and carried the Smackdown brand for a few years. He's bound to be a Hall of Famer because he would have already been inducted if not for the pandemic. Batista is a top player! |
