All 4 are customs, Jakks never did Cenas shoes like that. The two in the middle picture are on Test RA 8 bodies I believe, ones Johnny Satmboli. Last is definitely a custom.

The second pic is a Johnny Stamboli and FC Chuck Palumbo head (with the hair painted brown) both on ra 8 test bodies
