I got this for my bday in april from my sis and I'm addicted. Franchise mode is awesome. I got a beastly mets team in 2015, reyes, orlando hudson, wright, carlos pena, geovanny soto, ichiro, pat burrell, church as the everyday starters, and angel pagan dh. My pitching starters are beast, santana, sabathia, matt cain, roy halladay, and oliver perez. Really pleased with this game.

the one thing i dont like about this game is in the future, teams like the red sox/tigers/cubs even some the yankees are LOADED. all the free agents sign there. ill offer them 3 times as much money and theyll sign for 1 year, 5 million instead. the tigers 9th and 11th best overall starters were justin verlander and scott kazmir. i traded for them and kazmir won 20 games. its stupid, but i shouldnt be simulating to 2020 anyway so.

I know what you mean. Im in the majors in RTTS after two years and all the big time players are on different teams as well. For instance, Prince is on the tigers and rich harden and ben sheets is on the mets, and David Ortiz is on the yankees, etc.

Oh, and I also hate the fact that when simulating a player gets injured almsot every day. 4 out of my 5 starters were injurerd for 1-2 months. No team suffers that many injuries.

Oh, and one more thing that bugs me. The computer will just with my roster all the time. It puts people in a places I dont want them in and makes people who i dont want starting, starting. Its very frustraiting.

yes, as soon as you make a trade or someone gets injured, i hate how it changes the lineups to something i dont want and something rediculous like jason giambi batting leadoff, jeter batting clean-up, a-rod batting 7th. its stupid. and i agree about the injuries so i edit the sliders a little because not THAT many injuries actually happen. i dont turn them off, but i take a little off.
another example of what i was talking about in my last post, i offered phil hughes 3-year, $43 million dollars and he signed 1-year, $10 million with the yankees.

I love Road To The Show. I'm in my 2nd year in the MLB for the Mets as a starting pitcher and in 2011 I went 27 AND ING 0, won the Cy Young, and the Mets won the 2010 and 2011 World Series. I just got a contract extension for 4 years for over 25 million. I love this. My overall scouting report is A, and when I signed my contract it said I was an MLB ace. Awesome.

Yea, I suffer that also. I offer big name guys a crapload of money and another team, usually the one they just got realeased from, offers them less for the same ammount of time and they sign there.I offered Huston Street something like 40 million over 2 years and he signs with the As for something like 20 million over 2 years.

I started a new Road To The Show Profile and I ING HATE IT. I do great, but I don't get enough points to pass my advancement goals. My other atributes suffer, and I'm mostly on the bench. Anyone else had this problem/solution?

^^^I hate Road To The Show for the fact I can never stay in the majors. Despite leading in HR, RBI, OBP, SLG and steals I stay in the minors. Longest I've been in the majors was 1 week.

How do you unlock the Gold and Silver Era teams in exhibition. It can be a pain in the ass really. You have to get enough points and unlock the players and teams under Features-Profile-Rewards. I just simmed through a few seasons using two profiles under Profile-Manage, unlocking the Silver Era with one profile and the Gold with the other.

You really have to spend 2 full years in the minors. I spent one year in AA then the next in AAA, ad was called up at the end of the AAA season and now im starter. Just be patient.
