He alleges they were fired from WWF in the spring of 99 for refusing to hurt the Road Warriors for real in a match. Far fetched much? They could have easily sued for wrongful termination and didn’t.

I don't believe that Vince McMahon would be in favour of his talent purposely hurting each other in the ring, and by his command at that.
I call that to be bullcrap news.
I do think that Vince was making a mockery out of the LOD in 1999 though. My last real memories of them then was their battle royal appearance on Sunday Night Heat the night of Wrestlemania XV, and Patterson and Brisco dressing up like the LOD and Animal and Hawk kicking their asses the following week I wanna say it was.
But that's all I can remember. To be honest, I think the LOD and DOA both disappeared in 1999 at around the same time frame.
