I got my Undertaker Elite 55 today but the problem is that one of the hands broken and the peg is deep in side of the arm does anyone know how I can fix this problem please and thank you

Have you tried heating up the forearm with a blow dryer and pulling out the broken peg with tweezers or needle nose pliers?
Probably your best bet.
