The lack of any customer care for International customers is very worrying here especially with New Gen Arena to come too. Have reached out on multiple platforms even here to AFA with no replies. Don't mind waiting for figure would just like some tracking.

Yeah these seem to be a 50/50 split with neither being more rarer than the other.

Another international customer here ...
Mine was "sent" the same day as other packages from Ringside which have now arrived (with full, really good tracking).
No sign of Sarge, not having any tracking is appalling customer service and I don't think I would have backed the ring if I knew it wasn't going to have something like that.
They need to fix this for then.

I just spoke with someone at Mattel. She said that they've had a bunch of complaints about people getting the wrong item.
They put me on a "priority list" to get the right item. Doesn't really sound good to me. There seems to be a bunch of issues with how they shipped this. People shouldn't be getting 2 chases.

Thatโs if it ever gets here, no idea where it is as no tracking for international. That HAS to be fixed for the arena!

I noticed there is a sign on the outside shipper box to tell if itโs a chase. Thereโs a slight indent on the front near the middle at the top.

If international shipping is this challenging for one figure...get ready for the huge headache next summer when its the New Gen Arena coming in a giant box.
