I got a call from Mattel saying they're still waiting "to find available stock." So I'm not going to get my Sarge. How can this be so difficult? what I don’t understand about this is. If they had let’s just say 4000 of these made to sell and they all sold out. Right? You got a hot wheels. So what happened to the figure you had ordered. Cause your 1 figure is part of the 4000 that sold. Makes no sense. Exactly. My figure has to be somewhere. |

I don’t think anyone would suggest they’ve looked at whether they’re chases before sending. Just feels like however they were lined up to be picked and shipped hasn’t been as good as it should have. I guess like a pack of playing cards that hasn’t been properly shuffled. This is what I was getting at. Update on my situation. Mattel sent me a return label to send back the Hot Wheels car they sent me. They said it'll take a 3 to 4 weeks to process my return. The person I talked to yesterday couldn't even guarantee that I would get a Sarge at all. I'd say there's no chance that I'm going to get one if it takes that long. They are probably waiting for those who got Slaughter instead of the Hot Wheels or whatever other SDCC exclusives they shipped out to return those and then they’ll ship those to the ones who ordered it. So I can see it taking that long to get all the missed shipped items back and checked. But at the same time they can’t guarantee that everyone would report the wrong item and return it. Sounds like it was a major cluster. |

No tracking ,no comtact, no update.
Jesus Christ Mattel get your craptogether . This is one hell of a Goofy company when it comes to shipping and distribution.
How long do they have the WWE Master License for ? Goddamn. Tiring

Update. Still nothing. The last person I talked to said I would receive a tracking number "within 3 days" and it's been over 2 weeks. So nothing.
This is bullshit.

You couldn’t pick which version you just got what you got? Is that the case?
And also this won’t release in any other fashion cause it’s a SDCC thing?

And also this won’t release in any other fashion cause it’s a SDCC thing? so Mattel used their Mattel Creations website to sell these. They went live on 7/22 at 12 PM EST and sold out in roughly 2-3 minutes. Their SDCC product this year was an ultimate edition Sgt Slaughter in a box with LJN style carding. They were packed randomly and there was no choice given, just a limit of 2 per account at $35. There were two versions, a standard blue card and a chase variant black card. The figures and accessories were identical. Steve has said there wouldn’t be more of this particular figure sold, but possibly would include Sgt again in the UE line down the road. WWE Shop also got some stock surprisingly but we’re gone as soon as people realized they were there. Nobody as far as I’ve seen here ordered from WWE shop and received them yet. |
