Ok what do you think will be next in line to be in Elite 92? I think Burnt Fiend and Adam Cole will still be released.

If you mean Fiend and Cole will be released from the lineup and replaced then yes I agree. There’s no way we’re getting those two. Cole even less so than Fiend because he didnt have a 90 day no compete since his contract just expired.

Super curious as to what’s going to happen with Cole and Bray, and what the business side of things looks like. Like I imagine from a legal standpoint it’s going to be a lot different from releasing a figure of a guy who has just gone to the indies or TNA
I’m also curious as to if the last 2 years of releases has done damage to Mattel’s relationship with WWE. I know I’d be pissed off if I spent time, effort, money and resources on a fringe player like a Jake Atlas, only for him to be released before it even comes out. Same goes for heavy hitters like Bray and Strowman

Let’s say we go 1 for 2 on Fiend and Cole, with Fiend being the likely one to remain in the lineup.
Think there’s a good chance you see Chainsaw Charlie in this set.
Beyond that, 1 female figure has been pretty much a lock in each series. Maybe a Charlotte since we haven’t had an Elite in a while.
Ziggler, Roode and Rollins are all overdue for a refreshed Elite.

I’m sure its not killer when a random guy gets released here or there, especially since up until a year or two ago most guys getting released were lower level guys that had about a one in 30 series chance of getting a figure anyways. But now with guys like Bryan, Cole, Fiend, Strowman, etc… getting released/not renewed contracts, its gotta cost a lot of money to not only replace them in a lineup but also do it quickly to not hold up the line. I wonder if that comes out of Mattels or WWEs pocket when things like that happen. |

I hope they still release Cole. I would like a elite now and its too expensive to buy one lol I “sold” my Epic Moments Cole and KOR for 25 shipped right before his contract expired, sent invoice, dude said he’d pay later, never paid and now the Cole goes for like 40 alone took a W there now I still have it cause I wouldn’t pay 40+ for a new one |

I’m hoping we get a new Rollins (preferably in his Rumble gear from this year) and Cesaro (preferably in his Mania gear from this year). Also would like one more Owens Elite, just in case he does end up leaving after his contract reportedly comes up in January.
And man… I really hope we can get those Cole Elites. I’m not holding my breath on it, though.

I think it’s safe to assume Cole figs aren’t coming. Fiend however, is technically a WWE “creation” right? Also he is masked. So I’m not sure if they’d be allowed to still sell merch or not.
I won’t try to predict the set, but since all the figures will now have new arms, I’d personally like to see

My predictions: Xia Li Dolph Ziggler Bobby Roode Oh man, Xia's a major want of mine, I would be thrilled if she hits there. I think Shotzi's likelier for the women's roster spot, though. Alexa might be the likeliest there, but I don't know if the upcoming Ultimate affects that. After her, there's not a lot of obvious main roster refreshes from ~1 year ago. Eva, Doudrop, and Nikki's ASH look are too recent. Most of the other women who were on the main roster at the time have gotten recent releases (although Carmella's recent is already way out of date), and this seems too early for the Mania looks like Sasha's to start showing up. Tamina's the other one who stands out as the right combination of timing and necessity. After her it's women who were on NXT around WarGames-ish, which makes Shotzi the likeliest to me.
I don't think Cole or Fiend will be able to be released. So I'm guessing they'll move up some other NXT guy to replace Cole, maybe Grimes or a Way-era Gargano, and any random main eventer getting moved up in Fiend's spot.
Cesaro seems ready for a refresh.

Yeah, I thought something like that... Adam Cole is still Adam Cole in AEW, so WWE might not want (or be allowed) to release him. Whereas Bray/The Fiend is a WWE creation (and Rotunda won't be allowed to use that name/gimmick) - so maybe they can still release the figure. |

I don't need more than one figure of anyone unless it's a gimmick change or a drastically different look so I'm hoping for some people who haven't had an updated figure in a long time like Tamina, Roode/Ziggler, Cross or some first time elites getting pushed ahead like Nox, Shotzi, Storm.
