Grabbed the hole set, may order another HBK down the line.
We were shown most of the attires during sdcc I believe in renders. I remember HBK was part of it but never shown like the others. So part of me thinks this HBK is getting a new headscan (hopefully) maybe why it wasn't shown cause it wasn't finished. This could open it up for future RA attires with simple re paints/chases (hopefully)
Gonna give AJ and maybe Stone Cold to my son depending how he looks. I got the ultimate and the RR release so it's gonna have to blow my mind lol

I don’t understand why people are complaining about WM26 HBK. People have been begging for RA era guys and HBK in chaps. Seems like iconic attire being HBK’s final match. It’s never been produced before in elite form. It’s not DX attire. What’s the problem? I personally would prefer 19-24 but really 19-21 or 23 and I think other people feel the same Especially 23, seems like an easy hit. Why wouldn’t they do that. I could see if they didn’t want to do 19 or 20 because Jericho isn’t employed and Benoit did Benoit things but 21 and 23 are easy home runs fr I get having a preference but people acting as if the choice was sh*t. It’s not WM26 Bret. His feud with Taker was the perfect way to cap off his career and ended brilliantly. We have WM25 so doing WM26 makes since. It’s probably the biggest HBK WM moment that hasn’t been done in elite form yet. |

My guess is they didn’t wanna release another Bret so similar to the Survivor Series Elite. I’m hoping they do WM13 or (Summerslam
97) in Ultimate form. That’s kind of a white whale Ultimate for me.

My guess is they didn’t wanna release another Bret so similar to the Survivor Series Elite. I’m hoping they do WM13 or (Summerslam 97) in Ultimate form. That’s kind of a white whale Ultimate for me. I doubt it considering they’ll release a similar Goldberg, Roman, Jeff Hardy, etc. pretty close to each other. Bret’s got a lot of worthwhile looks, and I really hope street gear isn’t what they decided on for the wave. |

I quit watching it around 2007, but wasn’t really interested in the ruthless aggression era. But if it is that Austin, I may pick him up in stores, but don’t see the need to spend $125 on 4 figs I don’t care for just to get 1 I need, which I’m sure I’ll pay $50-$70’for it off the bay, but it’s whatever I guess |

Maybe they will throw us a curveball and it will be WM 4 Bret (I might be in the minority of people who want that attire, due to it being a bit unique.) Also, maybe Shawn will be the Mania 11 tights I've been wanting for so long...or one of the RA Chaps years! (21-23) or 19. I don't think we will ever get WM 20 due to Benoit being in the match.

Toy companies have been doing it since the dawn of the Build a Figure concept I get the gimmick but they usually have at least two in the set that old school guys want to collect, especially if the BAF is an old school one. Ellering had HBK & Chyna then two more modern versions of Edge and old man Goldberg. I didn’t mind that and could get a small amount back selling Edge and the Goldberg but this time around the whole set is useless to old school collectors…which would be fine if the BAF was something from 2009 onwards or something but a Wrestlemania 3 Vince with these 4 attires? That’s a crappy move. At this point the Flashback/legend era has come to include '08-'09 pre-Mattel License. It's been 12 years since that era. Just like with Jakks, when they started making 2002-03 era Classic Superstars in 2008-09 |
