I agree about Joe. Joe's got character, but something is wrong with his promos. There's something about his delivery that makes me not like him talking. And almost every promo he cuts is just him reiterating his last promo. Like:
1.) Kurt, you want me, I'm right here.
2.) Kurt, I'm not hard to find.
3.) Kurt, you could easily find me.
4.) Kurt, you don't have to look far for me.
5.) Kurt, I'm never far.

I really like Joe's promo when Jarrett attacked him and bloodied him. I also liked the one for Team 3d vs. Angle/Joe, where Joe says
"I'm not such a bad guy. Do good by me, I do good by you. You screw me, and I break you"
Just the way he said it, made it sound even cooler.

The vast majority of TNA talent can't cut a promo... Angle, Christian, Jarrett, Sting, Raven and James Mitchell seem to be the only ones who can cut a good promo... everyone else really aren't that good. Especially Joe, AJ, Ron Killings and Rhino...
