And they don't need to sign Kimchee...

I doubt Tito is under a deal anymore. There would have been another one by now if he was (although one would think the same for Lex Luger and he apparently is under a deal).

The guy was on tv every week during that period. |

Because the 1 Tito we did get was one of the worst-selling figures most of us ever saw. That figure sat around for a year all over the U.S.

You weren't here for 2015-16 were you? Also, Cowboy hasn't had an Elite since 2010 and it was getting very pricy...he was due.
