Hi everyone.
My question is if anyone else is experiencing huge delays with FedEx for their Ringside orders? My package was shipped Monday Sept 27 with a delivery of Wed 29. It is going from NY to WI and has been sitting in WI since Sunday evening. The delivery was updated to Tues (yesterday) but it just left Berlin, WI after midnight tonight after sitting there for two entire days. Anyone experiencing these kinds of delays with FedEx lately? I don't use the service often so am curious. Thanks.

Not from RSC, but yes, FedEX have been having major delays as of late. My International Priority package should've been delivered last Friday, and it's still not arrived.
The delays are only going to get much worse, I'm afraid.

FedEx has always taken forever and usually randomly stalls out in a state (North Carolina for me when I ordered from RSC) for a week or so before moving again.
Currently anyone who ordered the Danny TMNT lootcrate can tell you FedEx has been awful lately. I received my tracking almost a month ago and I still don't have it.

The delays are only going to get much worse, I'm afraid. This is very true. I am a big Christmas nut who buys/plans presents all year long and I made it a point to get it all done by October this year to make sure I have everything. Basically if you are doing holiday shopping I would recommend doing it much sooner rather than later, the holiday mail rush has a good chance of breaking the mail system's back this year.

Yup. Iβm in Florida. And fedex smart Post usually takes 7-8 days to get to me. When regular mail from New York only takes 2-3 days.

Yeah Iβve had a few packages sent smart post recently and theyβve all spent a minimum of a couple days at each stop. Things that typically take a couple days are now arriving a week or later after they ship.

I stopped using the Freeship promo, which is usually through FedEx and now use the 10 percent off promo and select USPS priority mail.
It usually ends being 2 or 3 dollars more (sometimes even cheaper depending on what I order) but I've been getting my stuff in 2 days from when it ships instead of 2+ weeks when FedEx was taking my order across the U.S..
If you can select priority, definitely pick that if you don't mind possibly paying a couple extra dollars to get it earlier. The faster it arrives, the less likely you are to experience additional issues like a lost package.

I had to double check but I did use the 10% off, but you are right that I did leave it on FedEx SmartPost instead of going with USPS. Thanks for the heads up. And thanks Old Zeke, ChuckPOORis55 Cody Gang 4 Lyfe, jdthegame82, Fighter Hayabusa, screech for your input.

UPS is pretty much the only mail I trust anymore.

Its a FedEx problem, not a Ringside problem.
They've always been slow but I think they are particularly slow now because some of the residual effects of the US labor shortage. Just seems like everything is taking a little longer, no matter where you are.

Yes - I have been experiencing FedEx delays for probably at least a year now. It is a FedEx issue, not an issue with Ringside. The initial estimated delivery date is ALWAYS wrong and way too early for me. I get figures shipped from Ringside using the FREESHIP option and they go to where I am in Florida. They always get stuck in Concord, NC for several days.

fed ex sucks waiting for the inevitable "I've never had a single delay from Fed Ex ever. In fact, all of my packages arrive early." I agree in general. However, since I live in NEPA all my FedEx packages from Ringside get to me super fast. My last order showed up in less than a day.

RSC orders using free smart post shipping used to take 2 days, 3 max, from NY to OH. Cactus Jack took 5.

Pretty much all delivery has gotten sh*ttier over the years. And to top it off, USPS is about to get worse, which doesnβt even seem possible.
I love you.

fed ex sucks waiting for the inevitable "I've never had a single delay from Fed Ex ever. In fact, all of my packages arrive early." Yeah I guess I'm that guy lol. Not counting Ringside, cause I'm in the next town over from them so I get my stuff within a day of getting shipped. But I would say I frequently get my fedex packages about 2-3 days early of the estimated delivery time and cant remember the last time something has gotten delayed. The flipside is that I can never seem to catch a break when it comes to preorders and finding figures in the stores so it seems as if I'm always overpaying for my figures.

Don't use Smart Post. I've had packages regularly show up on the tracking in my city and then go to a city further away before being delivered. It's almost like they do it on purpose.
