To the people who said use the 10% off coupon instead, brilliant.
It actually turned out to be cheaper AND it's being sent Priority.
Maybe I can get it within a reasonable amount of time now.

Cactus Jack just took 11 days to get to me. My order before that took 9 days. Seems to be part of the game at this point. Fed ex gives me an original estimated arrival time of about 3 days, then it moves to pending, then they update it a day before it actually arrives, a week plus later.

Exact same thing is happening with me for the Cactus as well. I may just be antsy to finally be able to get the figure.

Depends on what you order. Shipping is always at least $9+, and they offer free shipping on $50+ orders. If you get $55 worth of stuff, that’s only a $5.50 discount. So with shipping you’re at least looking at $60. Which seems like it’s probably worth it with the way FedEx is, but I’m just saying it’s not always cheaper. If you get like $100 worth of stuff you’re probably looking at more expensive shipping like $15+ but still only $10 discount. So not sure how it’s cheaper to use a 10% discount code instead. I’m not trying to argue lol just not understanding how a 10% discount is cheaper if the shipping price increases when the the order is larger.

From when I switched to using the 10 percent discount instead of free shipping, there have been two out of six orders where the discount was cheaper. Elite 89 was $160, discount $16 and shipping was $15.32. Brood RSC 2 pack (when they were selling for $80 before selling out) and MVP E88 - discount was 10.80 and shipping was 10.41.

My smart post deliveries seem to arrive fast when delivered to Walgreens.
Purpose of smart post is FedEx does the hard work, then drop it off to your local post office to finish.
But Walgreens and Fed ex work together, so my 2 recent FedEx packages from smart post was delivered to Walgreens from FedEx without being dropped off to post office so maybe shaving off a day or 2 instead of staying at the post office.

If I would order a full set of E89 right now the shipping would be $9.33. Not sure why it’s so much more for you. So that’s why I always choose 10% over free shipping because I’m always saving $6, $7, $8, etc with larger orders.

I think it has to do with distance. I only live about a state away. Less than 400 miles. I can get the full set of E89 and the full set of B125 for under 13 dollars shipping. Priority mail.
The 10% discount would knock $23.50 off the bill.
The cheapest I could easily get it to with free shipping is 51 bucks and change and even then it's still 9 dollar shipping which means that there, the free shipping is better.
I tried various combinations and such and from what I see, I'm better off going with free shipping until I hit 90 bucks, then it switches over.
But I have no other clue why shipping is so much for you. Are you out west or such?

Pay the dollar more to avoid Fed Ex. Well worth it.

My experiences with FedEx have been much worse than with their competitors. My RSC shipments never arrive on the first date provided, and always end up delayed for a few days to a week at least even pre-pandemic.
I don’t really have the same issue with USPS or UPS. Sometimes shipping is longer than expected but the first estimated delivery date is almost always accurate.

I used the Freeship on my UE 11 order from ringside (won’t do again after reading this) but just to give you a sense… I could drive to their warehouse in 10 minutes… shipment info was provided yesterday and no change yet lol going priority from them from now on

Totally agree on the freeship. I used it twice and have never used it again.
