Chase Boss Man is just the regular Boss Man painted all black -- even with the strap across the top. I don't love that. Seems sloppy or like they should have just made a different figure the chase.

The Boss Man variant was always going to be a repaint. They've gone blue in the face telling us that variants like that can only be deco changes. His Attitude Era look would require a different torso or different accessories to make up for the SWAT vest he wore. FWIW, other than the badges on his chest being a bit different, that was basically his WCW look as "The Boss", right down to a black strap over a black shirt. Looks like they got the shoulder patches too, so it's a pretty decent WCW Boss Man.  |
