Indeed. That's the V2 or the "bogus WCW Titles" the Outsiders introduced in late 97 with their feud with the Steiners. They were phased out in 1999 for the V3 which is larger and features an eagle which was the final design through the Invasion. Though, it looks like Mattel scaled this version closer to the size of the V3. The V2 should be a little smaller.

The tags are a little more forgivable than Steamboat. That TV belt didn't come out until after he retired. It's not like the ECW belts where they're short on people under Legends deals that actually held the design. They're plenty of guys under Legends deals that held this version like Booker, Luger, DDP... Yes, the tags are similar designs, but c'mon. You're paid to notice the details.
