If not coming out then hopefully replaced by Gargano to match Theory, and a Indi Hartwell or Dexter Lumis would be sweet as well

I think they r still going to come out and they can’t promote or mention them at all. If u think about it, when Gargano and Cole did the video before he left tge only 1 they didn’t show was Braun, when they showed loose images of E90 Bill only didn’t show Bronson and for the E92 renders they didn’t show Flair, burnt fiend and Cole… I still think we r getting them

I mean I hope, but they could very easily just not get released too. They didn’t mention or show Bronson Reed with the rest of E90 on the Ringside Fest video if I’m not mistaken. |

His contract expired and he works for AEW. Legally they can’t make it. Flair’s merchandise was removed from WWE Shop including the big fancy belt they were taking pre orders for, and he was removed from the signature intro. He’s verbolten. Bray’s no compete expires literally tomorrow. We’re not getting them. Maybe they can sneak Bray through at the last minute. The other two aren’t happening, Flair for now and Cole probably forever. |

And it was available for preorder and in production long before that. Cole’s contract ended on what, like August 27th or something around then? Unless the figure was already in the factory being assembled before then it’s dead. Not a 90 day no compete like the rest, it had to be too far to stop on the day his deal ended. And considering the dash to get Bronson Reed out in Elite 90 with a no compete, I don’t see Cole getting to 92 without that buffer |

Pretty sure Cole falls into the category of Sting and not Christian, Bronson or even Wyatt when it comes to contract and the chance of his figure coming out. If I remember correctly Sting was pulled right before the pre orders went live.

I hope that at least the Cole comes out, because I generally like people to be able to get the figures they want, and also because I'd love nothing more than the lasting gripe to finally be put to bed....but I'm not optimistic that it will. I don't need either figure, so it's whatever for me. So are they gonna be released on Elite 92? so instead of doing a search for this topic, which has been in quite a few threads, you decided to start a new one, just because you are that Lazy? Aren't you the guy who's always going bonkers trying to police the tone and topic of the Upcoming Figures thread? Kind of a weird flex to swing in here trying to pick a fight, rather than offer any sort of help on the subject. |

If we don’t get them 3 in elite 92 hopefully they had time to put replacements in the set and not elite like 83 when we only 5, just throw in a Gargano to replace and an updated AJ

Like someone else here said, the Way Gargano and a new Styles would be nice. Gargano matches Theory in 91
Tbh I wouldn’t mind if they rereleased the Triple H from DOD but without the shorts, replace the legs with regular HHH legs

Feel like Gargano would be the best replacement for at least one of them, given the Austin Theory coming in the previous set, but who knows if the time would allow for the deco to get put together for that.
Cole was the chase, too, so I wonder if the set will wind up having one or not.

You simply just need to ask a lawyer, which none of us are. It's all about the merchandise contract they signed, not what they are currently doing. Contracts trump all.
