Talent releases aside - this is still one of the weakest Elite lines ever. Burnt Fiend clearly devoured the budget.

That Charlotte is going to be great for customs though.
I preordered a Fiend but I know already I'm probably going to do some paint work. The attire just doesn't do it for me. Needs more grunge.
Camo Cole, I'm going to try and get one of the shirts to match the other three. All this wait for the camo trunks and the shirt almost entirely hides them.
Honestly, I'm stunned. Simply flabergasted. After all this, they release the full wave. Simply amazing.

But... think about the kids! Rey was being complained about 7-8 years ago for being in just about every series. He even had a Toys R Us 6 figure set of just him. I was being facetious. But at least those attires were better than what he currently wears. |

Cole figures have never been hard to obtain outside the 3 pack Scarlett never made it to the main roster and female wrestlers tend not to sell as well as the men and Kross wasn’t that difficult to obtain either I doubt Flair in a t-shirt with a bad haircut and wearing packer colors isnt gonna be something people are clamoring for Fiend and Rey are proven sellers. Makes sense for them to be double packed. |

And this is Cole’s 4th & 5th elites. He’s a guy who spent his entire run in WWE in development. And he’s an undersized guy who doesn’t wear flashy attire. I don’t think he’s in as big of demand as you think he is. Not taking anything away from him but one per case in the main line is probably enough for him. There will be plenty to go around. |

Also keep in mind that Mattel has to sell these figures to retailers. Big names packed heavily is gonna sell more cases. A store buyer is gonna know who Rey Mysterio is before they’re gonna know who Adam Cole is.

I for one can't figure out why the horror movie monster and the masked superhero are more appealing to retail stores than the elderly sex pest and the malnourished, scraggly-haired developmental wrestler. Kids are definitely gonna want Bob the Goon over Batman and Joker.

I'm so happy this set is being released with no cancellations. Pre-ordered everyone except Charlotte; got a 2nd normal Cole to change the logos to Undisputed Era stuff to match the Strong/O'Reilly/Fish Basics, plus two more Rics for my neighbor & friend in Oregon. This E92 news truly made my day. ^-^
