I’m Dayton Ohio, born and raised. It’s no secret that these are the two biggest pro wrestling events to happen in my hometown, so I’m curious to know which event you enjoyed more. We have ECW Heatwave 1998 which was held at Hara Arena (RIP) vs WWF King Of The Ring 1993 which was held at The Nutter Center.

KOTR 93 has my vote.

That one is actually tough, cause both shows were very well done from bottom to top and top to bottom.
I picked King of the Ring though. Bret vs. Razor, Perfect and Bigelow were fun matches.
ECW had some great matches too. Credible vs. Lynn, Storm vs. Candido, the debut of Sunny being with ECW full time, Awesome vs. Tanaka, Tazz vs. Bigelow.... solid, solid event.
But I am still gonna go with the KOTR on this one by a slight edge.

Got to be King of the Ring. The story of Bret's win between the 3 matches, the way it played out was fantastic. There wasn't a dud in all 3, all excellent matches and it cemented Bret as the guy that was gonna main event Wrestlemania after Hogan leaving in my opinion looking back. For the sheer history and story, with it being the first King of the Ring PPV as well, it's hard to top.

GAB 95 was another PPV in Dayton. The event which saw Arn Anderson drop the TV belt to Renegade  . Sting/Meng and Mach/Flair were great matches though |

KOTR 93 for me. Perfect vs Bret from that event is one of my favorite matches from two of my all-time favorite performers.
