Hey everybody. Just a question .. picked up Legends 12 Nash today and when taking his bandanna off noticed that only the left side of Kev (our right) has his hair painted and the other side has no paint at all. Didn’t know if this was just another quality control issue on my Nash in particular , or if many others just didn’t have that hair painted. Couldn’t find any reference pictures anywhere. Bad enough his legs are splattered with red paint all over. Quality control is just horrific. Found a Rey Mysterio e88 at target that was missing one of the wings on Reys mask. Not at the bottom of the box, just completely missing. Any info on Nash is greatly appreciated.

Mine is missing paint on the left side as well. My Nash also suffers from having mid-printed eyes. They’re literally misplaced on the eyelid and it’s so annoying. I’ve only had this issue once they started using the tru-fx

Heh, yeah, I just checked and mine is that way, too. TBH, I never would have noticed if not for this thread just now, though. Still a great figure.
Everything else on mine (eyes, etc.) seems fine.

my nash has shoddy paint on his goatee. one side is definitely lighter and it looks like trash

The goatee on mine is fine, which is what I first looked at cause people had mentioned it here. But then I noticed the sideburns being unpainted on his right side. I asked if anyone has tried removing and placing the hair better in the fix-up thread but I don't think anyone's done it. He's fine with the bandana but without it his forehead is too large for Kevin.

Noticed it on mine too when I first took it out of packaging. Odd choice on Mattels end.

Why is the quality control so terrible on $22 elites & $30+ ultimates yet on the $1 wwe & motu PVC figs they sell at dollar tree their perfect?
