Hey guys. So I'm more of a 90s wrestling fan. Grew up with the attitude era and such. Anyway I'm currently watch through 2000 on the network, but after X-seven I was going to look into other eras. I was thinking about looking into the 80s. Does anyone know of somewhere only that has a list of what to watch in what order for 80s wrestling? I'm thinking wrestlemania 1-6 or so. I'm just not sure what peacock has or what order to watch it in.
Thanks.

I would recommend going in order with the PPVs. If you could throw in some of the Saturday Night's Main Events, that would be good to as they used those events to start feuds, further feuds, or end feuds. I'd go with WM1, WM2, WM3, Survivor Series 87, Royal Rumble 88, WM4, Summer Slam 88, Survivor Series 88, and so on.

Also add in Prime Time Wrestling.
The Network got all the episodes from April 86-December 89.
Oh yeah they got the early episodes of Wrestling Challenge on there as well.

Do they have some of the Superstars show? If so, he should watch some of them, those were used mainly as interviews to hype up feuds but every now and then some fun stuff happened.

They got shows from April 92 until late 94 but nothing from 86-91 sadly because of the issue with the ''Superstars of Wrestling'' copyright.

Thanks for the responses guys. I've got a few months of 2000 left, but I'll start making a list of what to watch.

Going with WWF exclusive, with Prime Time, SuperStars, Wrestling Challenge, Sat Nights Main Event/The Main Event and PPVs....there's sooo much content to take it. If you need some "keys" to big story lines I put this together awhile back. Something could be added but this kinda tells the story during the Hulkamania era....

Awesome list! I'd probably add Orndorff's turn on Hogan on Championship Wrestling and their cage match on SNME. Both are from 1986 I think.
And the Sgt. Slaughter/Iron Shiek feud was a big deal in 1984 WWF. So I'd consider their bootcamp match from June '84 essential viewing as far as seminal WWF 80s matches.

Also wanna throw in some NWA. Definitely check out the early Clash of Champions and 80s Starrcades. Plus Saturday Night(during this era it was just called World Championship Wrestling). They have all shows from late 85-late 89.

You could add in Orndorff and Hogan from Toronto, the Big Event. That entire run of Hogan and Orndorff was huge. I think the cage match was early 1987, though, the first SNME of that year. He could probably even add in The War to Settle the Score PPV, that was the set up to WrestleMania 1.

Did steamboat ever wrestle macho again after wrestlemania 3? Not televised but I believe they had a few more matches on the house show circuit that Spring. Man makes me wish we got the two one more time in the tourney at WM IV
