Good Grief how Mark put up with this bullcrapis beyond me, if i was scripted to say I had sex with my sister, I'd be heading to the phone to call up Bischoff

It's all good aslong as he comes out to that sweet Barry White inspired theme song, it will all be worth it then!
So was the whole character one big rib on Mark by crazy Vince McMad or was this a Russo creation?, i know anything goes in the Attitude era but i'm starting to wonder, McMahon did like playing ribs on Mark to see if he would crack..

I won't pretend to know what goes on in the minds of people backstage, but I feel like a lot of what Mark Henry had to work with during his early days were symptomatic of his contract. If I remember correctly, he was signed to a pretty lucrative and long term deal as early as 1996, something like a quarter mil a year for 10 years. He wasn't going to WCW unless they released him, and up until last year, that man was loyal to a fault.

Well to be fair, if you added up all the time he was off from injury, Mark Henry was pretty much injured for 5 of those 10 years he was signed to a contract.

Mark made it work because he was good. But it took a while for all things to click

You must admit Mark played that gimmick to perfection. His theme song was hilarious too.

He fathered a hand, who else in wrestling history can claim that?
Man’s a legend.

Credit to him, he played any part they gave him to perfection in my opinion.

They were trying to make him quit because they didn't want to pay him.

From everything I’ve heard in various interviews, Mark Henry really acted that way backstage. Sexual Chocolate was his real personality at that time, I doubt he had a problem with the gimmick

He was made a sex addict who had to see many therapists where he revealed he regularly banged his sister. Then he went on a losing streak including jobbing to Taka in a short match after receiving a kick to the chest, then doing the favours to both Taka & Funaki the next week in a similarly short bout. The Mae Young relationship came soon after
