I had the same issue with the first preorder of the Legends that they did (Warrior/Guerrero?). I had them set to go to my work address, but the preorder was before the pandemic, and we shut down for the pandemic and moved home so I wanted to change it to my home address. Target could not do it, and the customer support basically said that the software would not allow them to do so. It was shipping FedEx, so I reached out to them to explain the situation, and they were accommodating. Once I had a tracking number, I contacted them and they held it for pickup for me to get from the distribution center, and it worked out great.

If you have an item preordered and it’s sold out it won’t let change you the address
It’s very bizarre
Item has to be preorderable or instock to allow change
If sold out you can’t do anything
I found out the hard way last year

I bought the set, but I’ve recently moved and I’ve called Target to change mt shipping address and they claim it won’t let them change it, which I find odd. Yeah I know, but it doesn’t give me that option. That’s why I called and they can’t figure it out. So they sent me a $10 gift card for the trouble. Could just be a technical error I suppose but did you try on an actual CPU? I used the actual website on my mac, NOT the app. (Not saying it will work in your case just giving ideas to hopefully help) I tried it on my phone, app and pc, even called twice and neither target person could get it done either |

Yea none of this makes any sense. I literally changed my shipping address for 2 orders of legends 13 TODAY. Took about 30 seconds for them to send me a confirmation email stating so. They even updated the address on my order page. You are getting the run around for whatever reason.

Wasn't thrilled about Hurricane but he is definitely growing on me. Cowboy Bob is a big want for me because I don't have the original elite and want to upgrade the basic.

I don’t really like that Bob Orton figure as a whole, but the vest that comes with it might look great on an AEW Hangman Page figure! If anyone finds Bob and also has a Hangman, I would love to see some pics please!

Series 13 is the weakest set yet imo.
The only one I kinda want is hhh and that’s only because of the dx army
Hurricane should have been in the regular elite line since it’s a more modern look for him. Should have put the recent warlord in this line instead

I have two Jakes ordered and hoping for at least one chase. If not, I'll keep one MOC.
The only other one I would MAYBE want is Orton, but HHH and Hurricane are easy enough passes that I hope they don't warm the shelves.
