He should keep it until he breaks Bruno's record. They'd still need to build somebody up and at the rate there releasing people left and right I don't see that happening |

They need to cry about Roman, or Cena, or Vince, Bruce, Dunn, just WWE in general. Even finding the most spurious reasons. “I don’t know what the plan is for Roman to lose the belt! Being a massive Damian Priest fan, I was really hoping him & Nakamura would be swapped in the draft.
Priest to finish out a strong U.S Title reign on Smackdown before eventually dropping it, then moving on, and being built up for Roman and the UV Title at WrestleMania.
In a perfect world though, Cesaro would win the Royal Rumble and gets another chance at Roman. Then finally be the one to dethrone him at WrestleMania, get a huge WrestleMania moment, and finally get a well deserved World Title reign.

im pretty sure there is zero plan. and the only way he's going to lose that belt is if he decides to retire or has an injury bad enough where they don't have a choice but to remove the title from him, only until he comes back. even if he retires i'd be willing to bet they would just let him keep the title anyway.
he's the head of the table, the greatest superstar to ever exist in wrestling. the top dawg. the only one we all need. there's nobody better or more qualified than Roman Reigns for anything at life.

Who cares? It's wrestling, not some piece of arthouse cinema. Turn off your brain for a few hours, sit back, and enjoy the ride. For my money, Roman could go ahead and shatter Bruno's record, and I'd be perfectly fine with it. His run since returning as a heel has been one of my favorite things in modern wrestling. I'm not bored with it at all, and I'm all in on a long, exhaustively dominant title run. If something I consumed for entertainment made me this upset, I'd stop watching. I don't know why y'all do this to yourselves. It obviously doesn't enhance your life any, so why bother? Do you go out and buy records from artists you already know you don't enjoy just so you can turn around and gripe about how much you hate it on the internet? Wrestling hasn't had this many options in years. If this product isn't doing it for you, go find one that is. It's not a team sport, and there's no wrong answer.  |

Rock beats him, says he's too busy making movies & doesn't have time to defend it. So he relinquishes it & they have a tournament to decide a new champion.....and Reigns wins it.

Romans title reign has been the best in years. Turning him heel was the best thing WWE have done, again, in years. It's working perfectly, and he's playing his role to absolute perfection.
I don't get wrestling fans some times. Everyone had been screaming for new stars, Drew and Roman were those 2 during the Covid era but every other day online it was "who can get it next cos we're bored already". I get wanting change, but this doesn't need to happen yet. Give the guy to Wrestlemania, his work this past year deserves another main event title match. If he loses then, so be it.
I just don't get wrestling fans at time.
