Japan Flag RVD

Nope, it was canceled by Mattel because of controversy surrounding the flag design (from what I understand). I think online retailers have or should have refunded the money for it to anyone who preordered it.

Not being paying attention to wrestling figure news for few days. Damn that sucks. I want it more now.

Some online store that sells WWE figures said Mattel said it was cancelled, but RSC (who is a bigger online store than them) has been silent besides now removing it from their website, so who knows. Maybe they’ll fulfill the orders that they’ve already gotten and not sell it anymore and not send it to stores. Probably not, but we can hope lol.

I’m still skeptical about this whole situation. We only were told it was cancelled by a Instagram page siting no source just saying he received word from someone at Mattel/Martel. Why would they reach out to just him to break the news? Makes no sense. Then shortly after another figure shop posts something about it, then silence from everywhere else.
Ringside left RVD up for a while, the description of the series still says be on the lookout for the chase RVD. My theory, and just my theory, is that a bunch of people went and placed orders for the back ordered chase RVD (he was already on backorder for late February i believe) and that run sold through, hence why the listing came down. I feel like the hysteria from those two posts made people Flock to place and order for it for a “just incase it does come out in limited runs” type of deal.

I truly hope that if it is being pulled then they let ringside fulfill the preorders or something of that nature. Just seems so strange to me that this is supposedly cancelled but yet none of the orders from ringside are refunded, no one has made a statement about it being pulled, no one else has any information about it being pulled, and our “sources” are someone saying that Mattel told them so…

The issue at hand is the Rising Sun Flag, which is problematic in certain parts of Asia that suffered greatly at the hands of the Imperial Japanese Army.
It's a legitimate response to the design being appropriated for entertainment purposes, and WF has already gone around the block on this like, seven times in the past week.

I'm starting to realize that it is against the law to have a mind. No people are rebelling due to mass not having a mind in first place so what we'll end up with is a Stepford Wives like world. 

Those companies aren't filtering out viewpoints because they're different, they filter them out because their racist, bigoted, harmful, or are spreading misinformation.

They aren't cancelling people for having a different opinion.

Do you think these major corporations have your best interests? And who do you think they function under? Is money and control not an objective? Not only that, but the media has been VERY inconsistent with a lot of things and the same politicians that people love are the same ones who lie to them directly to their faces. Just saying.

Only an idiot thinks that any company has your best interests other than money.

I'm fine with them filtering out and cancelling people who spread harmful views. Go look at the people that are getting banned, it's not because they prefer red over blue. Politicians aren't the ones banning people, it's companies that have the right to do so. Just like Jack Specific here.
