I ordered some stuff last Sunday, haven’t received tracking yet, still shows pending….this happen to anybody else? Not worried RSC is great, but just wondering if this because of all the sales?

Holiday season and sales led to an increase in orders

Hoping really hard that WM 38 elites come in stock this week as Elite 90 Bossman and Chase Boss are back in stock and that’s what is holding up my order…also hoping that Elite 91 makes a surprise arrival so RVD and Hogan are “under the Christmas tree” this year.

RSC has done their part on all 5 of my orders since Thanksgiving. BUT I've only recieved the 2 orders that didnt qualify for free shipping. The free shipping smart post orders, going back to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are all still sitting in the same spot for around 10-12 days now with no movement. If i decide to buy more from the Cyber Monday sale i might just pop for standard so it doesnt sit in FedEx hell for however long that'll be. At any rate I can't say its on RSC as far as getting anything in my case. Others experiences vary I'm sure.

I have a ton of orders in that will hopefully make it before Xmas but if not itll get here when it gets here. I’m sure they’re slammed with all the Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders.

I’m sure there was a big increase in sales. I placed an order order the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and I got my shipping notification today.

I ordered some figures for a friend for Christmas so hope those get to him before then. If not it’s ok too I guess as long as it's not too long after. They’re probably slammed with orders just like the shipping services are slammed with packages.

i’ve come to realize that fedex smartpost I officially the worst delivery method out there it always takes over a week to get my package and I’m in the same state as ringside, waiting on my Black Friday 2.0 which has been sitting for about 3 days now hoping it won’t be 12 days like stated above I've had nothing but good experiences with it, thank God. I ordered on the 29th November, they sent it on 8th December and I received it today. That's pretty good for this time of year to the UK. Previous order a few weeks earlier came in 6 days. Not gonna hold any delays against RSC at all as I work with online orders too and it does my head in in December.

With smartpost mine will randomly go way out of the way. Ive literally had one go from a facility 45 mins from me and instead of going to the one in my town it travels all the way to west Tennessee 6hrs away, then sits before coming back to my location, then to my post office. |
