Just got mine today and already place the parts on my Kane and it looks amazing. It makes the figure 10 times better. The only downside is when I went to get the figure out from the bin I noticed he had a paint smudge on his chest which is a bummer. I guess figures with lots of paint applications shouldn't be stored bunched up with other figures. Anyway really happy with the replacement parts. I don’t have room for a display so I keep them in bubble zip bag til I get a new place |

The zip bag might be the next step I take to prevent those paint smudges. Sucks it had to happen to this figure especially, but we learn from our errors. |

My parts say they shipped a week ago, but haven't seen anything yet. Starting to get a little worried. I received the shipping email on 03/22 and the package was delivered today by Fedex. According to the travel history, package was picked up yesterday. |

I want to make sure I didnt get the defective UE the rock. Does anyone has the model # & date (on rock’s feet) so that I dont have to open fully my fig? Thanks

I didn’t know there was a defective rock. What was wrong with it? I know on mine there’s only 1 head that actually fits. Is that the problem on all of them?

Just an FYI to anyone in a similar boat...I only finally caved last week and bought a UE Kane as stock is starting to dry up as they move new product in. The one I bought had the corrected masks, but when I opened it up, it was still the botched arm. I contacted Mattel using the form on their support site, and within a day, they confirmed that they still had replacement parts in stock and I should see it within 14 days.
