Can't Mattel just make the parts and forward them to RSC so we can buy them if Mattel can't afford to send these internationally?

Got the parts on my US mailing address, now they have to fly all the way down to Chile. Good for you! How did you contact them? By Facebook? Thanks in advance. Facebook!

What other alternatives do we have? Buy another Kane thats been updated?

Who do you contact on Facebook? Is it the main Mattel page or does Mattel have a customer service page?

Can't Mattel just make the parts and forward them to RSC so we can buy them if Mattel can't afford to send these internationally? Nobody should have to pay for the correct parts, let alone if people in North America are getting them sent out for free. I feel for international customers that are getting screwed here. Hopefully Mattel can figure something out and do right by you guys.

As my post from the Steve Q&A was conveniently deleted I’ll reiterate it here. Nothing was aimed at Steve as I stated but it is important that Mattel realise this isn’t permissible at all. It is not acceptable whatsoever that Mattel won’t replace parts at cost to International customers. No one should have to pay for the parts, shipping or customs at all. If they don’t want to provide these parts then a full refund again at Mattel’s cost should be given to all customers abroad who are affected by it. It’s not on at all.

This whole situation stinks from start to finish. 1) Mattel issues a faulty product and doesn't publicly acknowledge it for nearly a month. 2) Mattel say they are going to issue replacement parts to fix said fault. 3) The parts become available, but only to U.S. consumers. 4) International collectors get shafted once again. If things can be sent up to the International Space Station, then how the hell can Mattel not send these replacement parts worldwide? It's lazy, it's wrong, and it's a huge middle finger to a customer base that bought their product in good faith.

A lot of us effectively pay double what those in the US do when you factor in the shipping and customs fees but they can't ship out a small padded envelope with replacement parts for free? It's already hard enough for me to get these figures in a country where wrestling isn't popular and as far as I'm aware there are literally no places that sell them in the country. It's just kicking us while we're down if this policy doesn't change.

I found 3 today at Target with the masks fixed. Couldn't tell if the elbow was or not.

Sent a message to Mattel’s FB Messenger on 1/28, they responded on 1/31, received shipping confirmation 2/1, received the parts today at around 11AM. Besides the understandable lag in initial response time and inability to track the parts in transit, the process was painless. For anyone that was placed on the back-order list, the wait is well worth it. Same time frame as mine, did it come usps? My mail man didn't bring it today, what state you in if you don't mind me asking. FedEx made the delivery, and based in the Philadelphia, PA

I'm set on backorder. I must say, this is easily in my top 5 bumping E12 Kane from that list.

I was notified today the replacement parts are on back order until 3/15, and I’ll get a shipping confirmation when they are sent. Sounds good to me.

I got my replacement parts within a week of the initial contact, this was relatively painless so I’m optimistic after that. One thing, you’ll have to remove the cuff for the glove from the old arm to put on the new. It looks good. I can’t believe they slipped new heads as a running change but the arm is still not corrected on the new ones in stores

They will buy it and just accept it the way it is. Mattel knows this. So it was about business. They had the fixed heads first so they decided to throw those on and leave the arm the same way in order to stay on schedule. I could be wrong, never know

I’m very selective as I just got recently got back into collecting and the UE line has been fun but also a little disappointing given the errors on Kane and the rock, and while I’m excited that the warrior should come next week, the lack of smeared face paint on the alt head along with torso are disappointing given the prestige the line is supposed to have (I know takeover is fan voted). Given it’s such an iconic moment for wrestling I’m happy to have it but there are tweaks j would have made. It’s why during the Q&A I asked if ultimates could be Mattel creations projects figuring collectors would look for better quality and if we couldn’t get it at retail or online exclusives maybe direct from Mattel could work

I got my reply from Mattel's FB page and got this response.
"Sorry, we're only able to send replacement parts to U.S and Canada addresses."
Not happy but hopefully Steve finds a way to get these parts to us international customers.
