So I messaged Mattel like a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. I guess they stopped responding to people? What did you guys even say to initiate the conversation? You messaged them on Facebook? This is how I started off: "Dear Mattel, I've been told to contact you regarding the replacement UE Kane parts for the WWE ultimate edition line. I have 2 Kane's and can provide picture evidence and a receipt from Ringside Collectibles." Yeah. I said I bought the figure and heard there were replacement parts, took a pic of the feet and nothing yet. I also sent an email just to be sure. They might be busy, but some people made it sound like they got back pretty quick. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter too much, just annoying. |

Just looked at my chat log, they usually responded the day I messaged them or 1 day after. If it was me and it had been a week, I'd probably just send a polite message saying something like, "hey I'm sorry to be a pest, I'm sure yall are bombarded with messages. I just wanted to make sure I am contacting the right department, thanks!" |

I haven’t opened mine but recently received it from Amazon, is there a chance they already made the changes on the arms?

Just got mine from Amazon and it was the correct version 3231OB. 👍

Just remember just because where he got his figure from doesn’t mean if you order it from Amazon you’ll get the correct one. He’s from overseas and his comes from a different distribution center. But if anyone else orders it from Amazon there is no guarantee their Amazon distribution center has gone through all their old stock.

That's true regarding stock levels in different distribution centres. Hopefully anyone who tries Amazon gets the correct one since Mattel ain't going to give us international customers replacement parts. |

Ordered Kane 2 days ago from Amazon...both masks are painted wrong. Think I'll send it back and try again.

I ordered a Kane yesterday thru Amazon ( $24 sale was too good to pass on) & got the corrected version today.

I ordered Kane and Taker Thursday from Amazon, and Kane is the 32310B. So the arm looks correct, which is great because that's why I ordered this second one. Just to clarify, the black on his mask on the correct version extends all the way to his hairline, right? I thought I knew the difference, but I didn't realize till I saw this version. My first one has the large black stripe cut off. First one with wrong arm  Second one with correct arm  |
